TriVistaUSA an award-winning, family owned, design/build residential contractor in Northern Virginia and Washington DC. The house was old, the basement was dark and cramped, they wanted more room and a more modern feel. What to do? Simple - gut it and start over. No room was spared in the creation of this custom home, and the finished project most certainly shows elements of contemporary design and pro craftsmanship.
Our wonderful client approached our team looking to transform her Arlington condo into a beautiful new space that would become a retreat from her busy days. When you walk into the front door you are instantly met with a design that is so trendy and fabulous, brought to life by the cohesive colors and textures in this home.
When these new parents showed us their recently purchased home from the 1950s, we knew we had a big job on our hands. This house, previously a rental, had hosted family after family and was not in a condition for new owners to lay their roots. The finished product is a truly breathtaking multi-level home for this couple to enjoy and cherish over the exciting years to come.

TriVistaUSA is a family-owned boutique design + build firm based in Arlington, Virginia. Owners and founders, Michael and Deborah Sauri, built the company as a team around one central mission: to provide high quality and creative designs with an aesthetic yet practical flair woven into their client's lifestyle needs.
From our initial meeting through scheduling construction of your custom design build project, TriVistaUSA is transparent about our process. We make sure to listen and understand our clients' concerns, integrate their needs and desires into a cohesive design and build plan, and make sure to get client sign off on budget and schematics and any adjustments needed throughout the project.
You guys did a number on the bathroom! You definitely did a fabulous job with the place! I just wanted to send my thanks for the opportunity of doing business with you and your company. You went above and beyond your obligation to make sure everything was in working order and in tip-top shape. I appreciate your customer service and look forward to working with you on future home improvement projects.
We like to say, "We do cool projects for cool people." Our projects are larger in scale and typically take a few months to a year to produce. We have a small tight-knit team that enjoys working together so for this position, we really need to find the right fit. We are looking for a Director of Design-Senior Architect with extensive residential experience.
We have a strenuous training program, but once you are part of the team, you'll love your job and laugh more than you have in a long time, maybe ever. You'll work hard and be extremely proud of the complex problems you solve, the designs you call your own, the clients you call friends and the team you call peers.

TriVistaUSA recently completed the construction of a screened-in porch and an in-home office. My wife and I love the results. It was a lot of work to complete this project, but the crew was very attentive to all of the details and very responsive to our requests. In particular, the fabulous project manager (Boyd) was very professional and responsive. They are great, and you should definitely consider them when you have a home improvement project in mind.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
I needed a very old garage completely rebuilt and they worked within my budget to not only remodel the space, but add a bonus space that I’m using as a gym. They communicated clearly and transparently throughout the process, and addressed all concerns I had. Great company to work with!

Trust. That is the word that stands out to me when I think of TriVista. We had difficult experiences with contractors during our previous two large home renovation projects. Given the considerably larger scope of this latest project and our past experiences we were, at best, apprehensive going into the process of finding a builder/designer for our addition.
From the very first meeting Michael created what I can only describe as a feeling of togertherness. We felt listened to as individuals. Michael never made us feel as though he was selling us something. He made it clear they would do whatever

I cannot say enough about TriVisaUSA- they have been fantastic thoughout the process (including being very patient with me when there were some speedbumps during COVID), expertly handling the condo board process and working day to day within the condo rules and regulations and with the building manager. The work they do is top notch and the subs they work with are genuinely talented and- across the board- dependable and pleasant people to be around. The whole team was exceedingly responsive whenever I had a question or concern.
Working with Denny and Shanti was *amazing.* Both are really good

I cannot say enough nice things about TriVista. From start to finish, they were responsive to my needs, "got" my aesthetic, did beautiful work - clean, well done, on-time and in budget! Everyone who worked in my house during this stressful time was careful, respectful, and friendly. Doing laundry still isn't fun, but it's nicer in my new laundry room. I feel like I'm at the day spa in my new master bath and can't wait to do some T-day cooking in my gorgeous new kitchen. Best recommendation: I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We worked with TriVista twice, and we are very happy with the results and the experience. They renovated our kitchen for us and then a few years later built a screened porch for us. Both projects had some challenging design constraints, and TriVista came up with lovely and creative options at a variety of price points. TriVista provides excellent customer service and their design process in particular is quite fun.

I have to admit—when we first approached the idea of a renovation, I was skeptical. I thought home renovations were mostly about making the house look pretty.
But this renovation was about a lot more. We were building a new family. Six years after my daughter Caroline’s mother died, I had gotten remarried. And the house really didn’t work for our new family. The biggest problem--there was no place where we could be together. The main floor didn’t have an integrated area where we could share meals or watch a movie. The three of us tended to retreat to separate spaces.

Super easy to work with.. and they worked really well with our condo management people - which was key to everything going smoothly. They did a great job of sitting down and talking to us about what we wanted - we had problems figuring out exactly what we wanted the renovations to look like, but they sat down and talked to us to see what we needed and why we wanted things the way we did. When we had trouble articulating it, they sat down and kinda pulled it out of us. In the end they had some pretty creative solutions to get what us exactly the kind of renovation we wanted. And they had some good
