A sensor malfunctioned due to the age of the wiring. The field rep was very polite and defined what had taken place. Most importantly he provided us with the confidence of response time by the office by manually setting off the alarm.

Looking for an alarm company? I suggest checking Habitec out. I've Generally been pleased with Them. I'm a fan of supporting local businesses and they recently purchased a small security company in Columbus.

They have been out a few times fine tuning my alarm system... ED there senior service Tec, has been wonderful... I highly suggest calling them... Happy Retirement ED!
