As we live four hours from our beautiful vacation Villa, Steve sent updated pictures on a regular basis to show us the progress of construction. We were in regular, almost daily, communication with Steve via phone calls and email.
He kept us apprised of every detail of the renovation. The estimate for the renovation was accurate and when I made changes along the way, Steve provided the updated price in a timely manner. Remodeling a house from a distance is a challenge at best, thankfully we were connected with HHI-Builders as they made the process so easy. We completed an entire home remodel including new carpeting, painting, electrical work, recessed lighting and ceiling fans, exterior lighting, down to the studs renovations on 5 bathrooms, painting of kitchen and bath cabinets, completion of a garage renovation and so many smaller items. We just finished our first renovation project with this crew and I cannot recommend them enough. From the start, Steve was very responsive, scheduling a walk thru of the projects I had in mind within 24 hours of my first contact with him. He was very knowledgeable and considerate and listened to every detail I was looking for in a small bathroom remodel and fireplace reface. We had our condo gutted down to the studs and thankfully, we found Steve Young to do the full remodel. The quality of work was outstanding and he was available any time we had questions or wanted to make changes. He has such a good reputation around our resort and it's well deserved because we couldn't have been happier with the end result and working with Steve. We would recommend Steve to anyone.
