After getting my quote for opening my above ground pool, I explain several times I had an “above ground pool”. I received instructions for an in-ground pool. When I contacted the company they said not to worry they knew I had an above ground pool and I didn’t need to do anything they will hook up the filter and all. The day of my appt, which was end of April 2021, I was told they couldn’t vacuum because my pool water wasn’t up to the skimmer. It was just below the return valve. All that was completed was cover removed and folded, chemicals put in, and sides wiped down for $300. 2 week

These folks are not the best in the business. Go elsewhere. They require that you have a credit card on file for automatic charges. I called the office to explain that I don’t like my cc on file due to a previous incident and I was told that I can continue paying monthly when they send the invoice. I was doing so and everything was ok. Then, I noticed that my pool was not cleaned for 2 weeks. So, I sent an email to inform the owner that my pool had not been cleaned for 2 weeks and I have a pool party for my son that is upcoming. I asked for a proposal no less than 4 times and each time I was told it was coming right over. I wouldn’t trust the owner Tony Dove with my house plant. Worst customer service ever, I’m just glad he’ll never see a nickel of my money. If you want prompt customer service DON’T call this tool!!

I am sorry, Anthony, for the misunderstandings. When you did not show up on Monday as scheduled or try contact us to let us know that the job was still on track, we took that to mean you were not going to help us. And our pool is leaking and turning green while we wait for your service.

I am sorry to see such negative reviews. I have been using Blue Pools & Spas for 4 years now and Anthony or his wife always get back to me within 24 hours. Danny is my main service tech and he is always professional when he comes to service the pool. I know there was a past employee by the name of Paul R. who was saying he worked for Anthony and has told people to pay him. He did this to me 2 years ago. Paul DOES NOT work or represent Blue Pools in any way. Please do not let him fool use. I highly recommend Blue Pools & Spas

They do not return calls. The customer service is terrible. I had a pressure relief valve blow off my filter. I called and text for 3 days and did not ever get a response. Since they do not return calls I canceled my service with them on a Tuesday and sure enough on Friday they show up to perform the weekly pool cleaning. Oddly enough they did bring the pressure relief valve and replaced it. So they did get my messages and texts. Later that night, the top of my filter that they had just installed the pressure relief valve on falls off in use. They failed to properly secure the filter top. Anthony
