I have worked with Carolina Foundations in the past, but this by far was the largest project and my own home. Victor and his gang reinforced with new supports my 1943 2 story home and replaced some shoddy work done over the years. They cleaned the entire crawlspace and secured all loose wires, then completely encapsulated the crawlspace. It is as Patty said, "like an operating room" under there, the plumbers, contractor and HVAC folks said it was the nicest crawlspace they had ever seen. On top of all of this, my house smells clean and dry. Sean, Victor, Patty and the gang...Thank you guys so much

Carolina Foundation Repairs did a great job for us. The evaluation of our floor was thorough and included pictures that helped us understand the scope of the project. The guys who worked on our floor showed up on time and did a great job especially with the finishing touches. Patty was also a pleasure to work with. Although I am the company's mechanic, I have been in many trades in Eastern North Carolina and have seen competetors foundation / crawlspace work that does not compare to the quality that is Carolina Foundation Repairs. Some issues about settling became apparent as part of a home inspection before purchase. We contracted with Sean Corcoran’s company and received a thorough report with recommendations. The report was very helpful in final negotiations. We recently followed up with Sean to get the recommended work done. The process of putting in pilings, jacking up the sloping parts of the house, and monitoring with lasers was amazing to me. It is of course an expensive process too but we now have level floors!

I had some crawlspace work done in 2012 and was happy with the work and the price. I recently asked Sean to give me a quote on some follow up enhancements. Today I got the quote and a bill for reinspection! I wasn't told there would be a charge for the quote when I made the appointment, didn't sign any authorization of work, and certainly will not be paying this bill! Be careful of these guys!

Had absolutely zero issues with the services provided, and no payment issues. Sent a check and I was on my way. The crew was awesome, cleaned up left over materials like no one was ever there, and the finished product was on point. Hopefully I never need foundation repair done on another home, but if I do I know who to call! Thanks guys, and I highly recommend to anyone that needs foundation work!
