R Titus Designs is a residential interior design firm based in Chicago. With a unique mix of old and new, and high and low, specializing in creating each space to highlight the client's taste and lifestyle. Robin Schwadron is Lead Designer and owner of R Titus Designs. As a young teen, she found an appreciation for interiors while decorating her bedroom and constantly re-arranging the furniture to fit her mood.
She attended The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale to turn her passion into a career. After years of growth and experience in the industry, she opened R Titus Designs in 2009. Her projects are up and down the East Coast and the Midwest. Sewed my first pair of curtains when I was 16. (fortunately there are no photos of these). Once worked in an automobile oil factory on the assembly line.(it was not like I Love Lucy).

Let's get to know one another. We will first have a Consult in your home. During this time, we will discuss styles that interest you, your lifestyle, what you envision for your "dream home", and everyone's favorite - the budget. Don't stress if you are not sure what style you want; we have tons of ideas for you!
I cannot recommend Robin highly enough! She did an absolutely beautiful job designing the layout of our remodel, which included a kitchen, bathroom, office and most of our first floor. She also helped manage the overall project from selecting a contractor to selecting materials & finishes for every room.

Robin has been such a tremendous asset to our Real Estate business as a design consultant when assisting sellers with putting their homes on the market as well as to me personally. We are currently working on a basement project with her at our personal residence. She came over to measure the basement and from there prepared beautiful renderings for us! We are so excited to be working with her and hope to do our attic next. Robin has very reasonable packages available for people just needing some design ideas all the way to handling a complete remodel. She really thinks through the details and catches

She gave advice and input on the design and the outcome was beautiful. The planning went really well and I loved working with her so much that I plan to use her again in the future for a complete second floor remodel.

Robin has designed several rooms for my sister and me. She's easy and fun to work with and uses 3D renderings so we could see her vision before we started. I initially used her when I moved into a tiny apartment in NYC and have continued to use her since. She finds a way to make even the smallest of spaces seem spacious! Very detailed and stays on task. I recommend her to all of my friends and can't wait to use her again when I move into a house one day! HIGHLY recommend!

Robin designed a full kitchen remodel, two offices, powder room and mudroom in our 1876 Chicago cottage. She was amazing at combining modern elements with the traditional look of our home. We now have a brighter, more functional and colorful home. She was pleasant to work with, available and provided us with many style options to fit our taste and budget. We will definitely work with her again.
