He had me send pictures and was able to direct me how to handle the situation until he had it fixed. Very nice and very professional, I would highly recommend Brian and Son's Plumbing!

If you need a plumber DO NOT CALL Brian and Sons Plumbing in Vista. We call them this morning before 10:00 AM. They said they would be at the house around noon. At 1:40 PM when they didn't show Brenda called them. She was told the plumber got sick and couldn't make it but if this is an emergency they could come out before the end of the day for $500.00!
They didn't bother to call to say they couldn't and when Brenda called again they wanted to rip us off.
Let this company go out of business.

I called this business in hope they would be able to help me with my plumbing issue. Unfortunately, I was told that I would get a call back from a technician but that was not the case. So after two hour I was texted back that another technician was going to call. Well that never happened so it's obvious that I won't be using them for my plumbing needs.

The water heater was leaking at my mom's rental. She used home advisor to look for someone to replace it. She contacted Brian and Sons and they were very professional and honest. They came out right away. The first water heater installed had a defective part, but Roman came out the next day and installed a new water heater. She is very pleased with their service and will continue to use them in the future.

Brian and Sons is one of those rarities in today's world where everyone is out to make a buck. Not so with this company. Absolutely Unbelievable Service! I was told I needed to move my gas line in order to install my new large chefs range. I Looked for a knowledgable plumber with experience in gas lines and found Brian and Sons. Here's where the story becomes truly amazing. Roman came out and carefully assessed my gas line situation and then Inspected the new range waiting to be installed. He then told me that it was fine as is and all I needed was to clean up the area around the gas line and it

Very bad experience overall, I explicitly stated that I'm filing a claim with my home insurance company for this repair, and they had no problem with it. When the invoice came through and I asked them to contact my insurance agent to go over the invoice - they completely reversed the statement and said they DO NOT DEAL with home insurance and refused to work with them at all. If you submitting a claim through your home insurance - do not hire these guys. Also, the quality of work performed was pretty bad, I had to hire another company (Sherlock plumbing, heating and air) to fix the poor quality

I picked Brian and Sons Plumbing out of Google and I'm glad I did. Roman provided excellent service. He was upfront about not being the type of plumber that is out to make a buck of one's dilemma which actually put me on guard because it's the kind of line one gets from someone who is is out to do exactly what they say they aren't out to do! Overall, I was very happy with the water heater he replaced and would use them again in a pinch.
