Drew Wheeler comes to visit the agency where I work often and is such a great resource for our employees. Being in the insurance business you need trusted partners to refer your clients in case of a disaster or claim , and in this hard time we need to make sure it is people that will take the time to care for them as we do and Drew is truly that. My wife and i recently went though repairs for horrible water damage in our home. With 2 small kids this was extremely stressful but this team truly helped to make the restoration of our home as smooth as possible. Servpro of North Whitfield and Catoosa Counties did a great job for us on a water claim that we had in the basement. They were at our house promptly and did a very good job. Moses and Ismael were courteous, professional and efficient. I would gladly use them again, but I hope we don't have to. Excellent job! This review is for this franchise only.
