We have lived in this house for 5 years and only had the carpets cleaned once. That time was a terrible job and a waste of money. Since then I have used a Bissel Steam Cleaner but it wasn't up to the task and our carpets kept looking worse and worse. Finally The Rug Bug was suggested to me. Amazing! Just amazing! I have had my carpets cleaned by Rug Bug for nearly 30 years and they always do an excellent job for me, as they did a couple of weeks ago. Since then, I spilled a glass of Hawaian Punch on my bedroom carpet, leaving a big red stain. I asked them to come back to clean it and they did so perfectly AND did the cleaning a no cost. These folks are real pros, very affordable, and always show up on time.

This family owned business is “spot on” when it comes to honest customer service and quality work that is expected of customers like me. They thoroughly explains the work to me before cleaning my carpets. Their price was reasonable. After cleaning, my carpet had a rippling affect in which the company explained to me why that happened with certain type carpets. They said if the ripples did not relax back down within a day, they would come out free of charge and stretch the carpet. Sure enough they knew what they were talking about. The ripples laid down flat and my carpet is now beautifully

I am so impressed with this company! Jeff and his assistant Mason did an amazing job on my tile floors including the stairs. I could see the tile was dirty but it wasn't until lifting the 2 large area rugs that I saw the difference between the covered up tile and the areas we walk on daily (and our 70# dog) The tile looks like it did the day it was installed! Could not be happier with the job they did! Amazing!!! Also, this is a family-owned, local business, wonderful customer service and very reasonably priced!! Thank You!!!

I was very pleased that I went with The Rug Bug. I got an appointment for the weekend and the crew was extremely fast and efficient. It only took them 45 minutes to pack-in and pack-out for a 2 bedroom, hallway and living room carpet cleaning. After they were done- my carpets were good as new! The price was very fair as well. I have used this company about 3 times over a few years. Last time I included my furniture with the carpet cleaning. They did a beautiful job. Very professional!
So a few months ago I needed my carpet and my furniture cleaned again and I lost their number. So I found someone else and it was a disaster they soaked my furniture and missed a few spots it it was awful.

Fantastic local small business! We were referred to The Rug Bug from our property manager as an economical alternative to the big chain companies. Great price, even for a three story condo with multiple sets of carpeted stairs. Also, I love that they steam clean without using chemicals that could leave residue. They were on time and communicated with me when they were close to the house, since I was not waiting there, but meeting up with them for a move-out carpet cleaning. We will definitely use them again.
