Muck your gutters thoroughly before winter arrives. Dead leaves and debris from the fall can clog the downspout and cause a roof leak. Remember to position the downspouts away from your siding with a five foot clearance: you don't want wet siding!. Just because it is winter doesn't mean you should be careless about fire safety.

Our finished basement flooded and ruined our carpet and baseboards. This unfortunate incident occurred on a Saturday afternoon. I first called ServPro because they were the only clean-up company I knew of but they told me they wouldn't even be able to come give me an estimate until Monday. After doing some research, I called 911 Restoration and I'm so glad I did! They were at my house within a couple hours of my call and cleaned up all the water that night. They were incredibly nice and helpful and were always available to answer my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone that goes through
