I highly recommend this company. Josie was on time, professional, thorough, and honest. He was respectful of myself and my home, wearing both a mask and protective booties. He answered the many questions I had and provided me with several useful resources. Overall, I was very impressed. I will definitely be a repeat customer, should the need arise. My husband and I are so pleased with the quality of service we received from this company. Josie did such a great job cleaning our vents. He was very professional and walked me through the whole process before getting started. Throughout the entire process, he made sure I was aware of what he was doing and allowed me to take pictures/video to send to my husband so he could see the process. I strongly feel that their pricing was very fair for the amount of work done, and the quality of work was terrific. I am so glad we found this company. Josie came to my townhome and did a cleaning of my air ducts and ran sanitizer throughout the system. Enviro-Duct is a solid local family-owned business and you really get the star treatment when you hire them. To start with, they’re informative and help you understand exactly what you get and what your expectations should be. Enviro-Duct is very fair in their pricing as well. I appreciate that Josie also wore a mask whenever he was in my house while performing his duties as well. I am recommending them to all of my friends as well as the board of the townhomes I live at. Where do I start? This company was professional and efficient from the moment I called them. they got me scheduled in quickly and showed up 10 minutes early. our home was built in 77 and the ducts have never been cleaned. they walked me through their process and showed me what was in my trunk lines and it was baffling. this company went above and beyond with customer service and I couldn't be happier. the before and after pictures were a big plus. thank you so much. this was worth every penny.
