Hobson crew installed our new Front Door, Storm Door and Sliding Glass Patio Door in three hours! Amazing work. We ordered these replacements back in August working with Kyle, given the crazy supply chain issues they were able to obtain all items in just four months.

Hobson Window crew was superb. Mine was a big job, over 24 windows, many of which were custom sizes. Couldn't have been more professional. One small disappointment was 2 of the new windows have a grey haze across the surface and oddly, a 1" clear edge on all 4 sides of the 2 windows.

The crew at Hobson's are accomplished in a variety of disciplines. Plus they are good natured and fun to work with too! They installed wall mirrors, frameless glass guards and doors, shower enclosures, and custom screens for antique fenestration in one of my building projects. Damn good, use them (but don't abuse them).

We have 3 gorgeous shower door enclosures produced and installed by Hobson. Denise handled all of the details on their end and communication was excellent throughout. She worked we me and my designer through email, phone and in person and was always so responsive and helpful. We chose custom materials and design and nothing went wrong; very rare. Highly recommend.

Buyer beware ! I took a window in to Hobson's to have a broken glass pane replaced, paid for it and was handed a receipt.
A week later when my wife picked it up, she paid for it as well. When we found the original receipt and called back to say that the window had been paid for twice, the woman who answered the phone offered to apology or sympathy and said that since the first receipt did not say "Paid" on it, it had not been paid for.
The only problem is that I most definitely did pay for it. Twice now.
I have no issue with the quality of their work.

Hobson did a heavenly shower for us! Anybody can do a rectangular shower. Hobson worked with our trapezoidally shaped shower floor and made an utterly beautiful glass surround. Denise explained (but did not push) all the different kinds of glass and explained the process. The glass was ready on the timetable they presented and the cost was reasonable. Mike did the measurements and installation. He did a meticulous job and cleaned up afterwards. We are SO satisfied.

He made the appropriate recommendations and did not try to over sell anything. He kept me informed about the process and cost. As the owner and operator of MAC Fitness in Kingston, we were in the process of doing an expansion of 9112 ft. We needed a lot of mirror and glass work done. Hobson windows just made a dream come true for my daughter. A dance setup, including a very large mirror, became available but had to be picked up almost immediately. The Hobson crew to the rescue. I am a bit late in my review but better late than never! Back in April/May I called Hobson from Saugerties. I needed to replace a large glass window pane that my huge dog attempted to jump through while trying to get at a bear. I needed the job done asap and they were very accommodating. They came out within 48 hours. We have older wood-framed… single pane windows and the replacement looks original with no issues over the last several months. The technician was friendly and quick and I thought the price was fair considering the travel time from Red Hook. I will definitely call Hobson for
