Very nice people here. I brought in a ski that had a binding problem and they fixed it right there on the spot. Super nice and very helpful. They have a fantastic selection.

Dropped by to check,out ski boots - arthritis in my feet made my old boots to painful to wear as a full time instructor. Rich worked closely with me for over an hour, trying boots on, testing them out, noting pressure points. No pressure sales, no rush to get me to agree to buy a boot so they could move on to the next customer. Once I selected a boot, he made minor adjustments to the shell of one that perfected the fit. It was a pleasure to work with a professional who knows and obviously loves his craft. Will recommend to all. Clients looking for a good boot fitter.

I always feel comfortable in this store. Some other ski shops I have visited in our area just won’t let you browse without hounding you, they must work on commission and it always pushes this socially awkward girl right out of the store. Nothing like that here. Always friendly and helpful when needed.

All the staff is nice but old lady thinks she is better then everyone wicked attitude came from work too pick up ski equipment with co worker in work cloths she pretty much treated us like animals told us we could go out side been going their for 5 or more years getting like 5 rental packages each year so I looked at her told her she was being… miserable and her remark was yeah something. I need too b someone like this is definitely not good customer service so when you post family owned business since 1982 just rember it might be some of low income people donating too it

Amazing place, they treat you like family. It’s a warm, inviting atmosphere that cares about the ski purchase experience. I’ve been skiing for 37 years and never have I gone anywhere else.

I showed up with a pair of home-made skis in need of bindings, base grind, and a tune. They had a great selection of equipment, including the pair of bindings I wanted on hand. They also agreed to grind and tune them despite having never ground skis fresh from the press before. They came out great, the staff was friendly, and it was overall a great experience. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for ski or snowboard gear.

Best ski shop I've found in the northeast, and possibly the country for that matter. My dad and I have been going here for years and they've always done a great job. Helped replace two pairs of skis that I broke. Most recently I went in for a boot fitting and Richard spent a lot of time with me getting two pairs of boots dialed in for the upcoming season. Go here for all your ski/snowboard needs.

Visited Sports Page this morning and left feeling awesome about my purchase. The staff set me up with a perfect snowboard, boots and binding set up. I can not say enough about how thorough they were through the entire process. They provided exceptional customer service and tons of information on what I was buying and the best fit for what I was looking for. Five stars!

Stoped here to get my daughter snow pants. Great ski store with several choices and very friendly. Highly recommend stopping in.

Great selection, very friendly service. Just picked up a pair of Nordica ski boots from here and got a great deal for Black Friday weekend. Being the Saturday after Thanksgiving, the place was packed. But the store was fully staffed, clean, and kept customers moving in and out without too long of a wait. Kelly, who helped us, was patient, knowledgeable, and found me a great (almost comfy!) boot...then blew our minds telling us about capri length Hot Chillys tights as a way around the dreaded bunched-pant-seam-in-boot. Yay! Can't wait to try them out, thank you, Kelly & Sports Page!

I showed up with no reservation in a hurry to hit the slopes. Someone served me immediately and I was in and out lickety split. Also, since I was coming in midday, they only charged me for one day even though I was skiing two. All the (downhill skiing) equipment was solid. Returns were equally quick and easy. Nice folks.
For convenience consideration, this place a) rents downhill skis (other places in the area only do sales or X/C skis), b) is open Sunday (some aren't), and c) is about a five minute drive off I-87. Convenient to West Mountain and Gore Mountain.

Very nice shop and very nice staff, but I'm really impressed with the full ski tune they provide. I got one 5 weeks ago. The base structure and the sharpness of the edges were just beautiful. I tune my own skis, but I can't come close to what they provided. I've got at least 15 ski days on them since then and they're still sharp. Highly recommended.

Customer service beyond awesome. "We guarantee that we will make your boots right or else get into better boots". The staff is always cool and patient with me and very informative.

What the heck! I have never been compelled to write a review about a ski shop before. But today I experienced some amazing customer service that got me thinking, so THAT'S what it can be like outside NYC!

Maybe not a fair assessment, but all I know is, my boyfriend and I came in needing bindings for his snowboard, and we left with a pair of new boots each, new bindings, mittens, and a ski jacket.

The guy helping us out (I wish I got his name) was super helpful and knowledgeable. He went way beyond just selling us stuff and helped adjust our boards, offered to adjust my bindings for

Gary knows his stuff. His staff is just as knowledgeable of their products and what you need. They ask you how you ski or snowboard in order to find the best ski or board for you! My family have been going to them for the past two decades and have always been pleased!
