ERI Building and Design, LLC has been creating dream homes for its Darien clients for over 30 years. Kent Eppley founded the general contracting firm Eppley Renovations in 1984, and the business quickly grew. In 1998, certified residential designer, Mike Palumbo, joined the team, adding design services to the business.
In 2000, figuring they had outgrown their company name, they changed the business name to ERI Building & Design, LLC. ERI Building and Design, LLC strives to live up to its reputation as a trustworthy, quality, and experienced design-build firm. We believe using a design-build firm, where all the services are under one roof, can save a homeowner both time and money.
The two partners also think it is important to give back to the community. In 2006, ERI Building & Design was awarded Philanthropist of the Year by Fairfield County's HBRA for their work with Joshua House, which is a not-for-profit organization that constructs homes for the underprivileged.

We specialize in problem-solving when it comes to site development as well as with solving drainage and flooding issues.
