I have been trying for almost 4 weeks to get an estimate to replace a pool liner and pump, needed to close a real estate sale. I have called, physically gone in to their store on Trindle Rd. , and called more. They know they are getting paid to do the work from the seller's proceeds at settlement.
Thankfully another pool company graciously stepped up so that we do not have to delay the closing.

I called today to follow up on a back ordered part from June.
The woman who answered said “We have customers who have back orders from March.” Well, that’s not my problem! I believe I have I right to follow up on something we paid for. I understand there are delivery issues nation-wide but her minimizing my inquiry was not welcomed!
She did, however, leave me a voicemail message shortly after the call and suggested I email the sale rep.

I paid boutique prices for bargain basement service!! I simply ask for an in person demonstration of the pump and filter operations and was told, "Your installer should have explained all of that!" WELL THEY DIDN'T! Post COVID contractors have been a nightmare!! I've put out so much money unnecessarily. And the one time I ask for help from Atlas, I'm given a BS over-the-phone walk through of pool operations! Totally disappointed!! Definitely not what I expected! I wouldn't recommend their service! Products may be good but service leaves a lot to be desired!

I’ve had my pool for 4 years. Have had issues with my filter every year. The customer service there.. mostly the one woman (Donna), is horrible. I call because my pool has issue and instead of helping (I don’t expect free help), she immediately blames customer. Because of this her.. I switched to a new pool company to do my open/close. One time I called interested in switching with salt… her response “well why would you want to do that? It’s bad for your pool”
Next day I received marketing email from Atlas promoting switching to salt. 🤔

Would not recommend this company . The wost. They will not come to fix your pool the date scheduled and would not call you in advance to let you know they won't come. I had a quote in April, scheduled for a liner replacement in June . When called that same week to confirm the day of the week they would come to replace my liner, I was told that the liner that I ordered did not come yet. Mind you , I scheduled since April. No one called to let me know . The pool was supposed to open the 3rd week of June. No one called. I had to call myself that same week just to find out my pool will not be open

The woman who schedules pool openings has no business being in customer service. she is extremely rude and unprofessional. we tried to schedule an opening and she hung up on us "because our pool is too big." this is despite having used atlas the past three years for openings. just atrocious people skills. i would avoid giving this place business, they think they can walk over customers, former customers in our case.

Ruined my yard driving trucks in and out of my back yard. Now I have two huge deep ruts through my front yard going into the back yard. They dumped a pile of cement in the middle of my grass in the back yard. Also broke my fence door where they ran the pipes out when they put in the well points. And to top it all off the liner is crooked and very noticeable. I absolutely do NOT recommend atlas pools to anyone!!! Whoever the woman is that answers the phone in the store sales really needs to find a new job. She has absolutely no business dealing with the public. Rude is an understatement

I wanted to reopen my pool, the boss was extremely hard to contact. They never return calls. They did not communicate with us what day they would come back. They did not communicate with each other about what to do next with our pool. We waited two months for them to reopen our pool when they promised a week it would be opened. They never finished the job nor called for an update. Would not recommended.
