Services
We repair, service, and replace many types of residential water heaters. Some common items that need repair when they drip include the drain valve, the cold-water inlet, dip tube, and the pressure relief valve. If your garbage disposal has a serious clog or is not working correctly, we can repair it for you.
Most sink faucets should have a hot & cold shut-off valve underneath the sink that shuts the water off. In most cases, clockwise direction turns the water off and counterclockwise turns it on. This is a basic process for draining a storage tank type water heater. Other circumstances or factors may apply.
We want to hire (adopt into our family) a dominant residential service and repair plumber - if you're the right person - you know exactly what that means! We are also looking for a good Plumber's Laborer/Helper to assist the Project Manager, Licensed Plumber, Subcontractors, and other Team members with their work.

I have worked with Sean from Sutherland Plumbing for the past 4 1/2 years. Sean has installed 3 toilets, an outdoor faucet, a garbage disposal and most recently, a new water heater in my home. Sean's work is excellent and he goes above and beyond. I also appreciate that Sean returns my calls very quickly and goes out of his way to schedule appointments with me as soon as possible. My water heater went out just as I was expecting family members to come from out of town for a long-awaited visit. Sean came the very next day and replaced it. I had a leak in the water line between the street and my house that required a new water line installed under my driveway, under the foundation and hooked up to my existing pipes. Ti and crew arrived on time with a directional boring specialist and even arranged for a flag crew to monitor traffic in front of my house. I was surprised at how quickly and efficiently they accomplished the job.

My house sounded like it was haunted. Every time I ran water, my pipes moaned like the undead. I texted a video with sound to the folks at Sutherland, who were able to walk me through some diagnostic work, which eventually made the problem vanish. I was moving and when I tried to disconnect the refrigerator water supply, the water line source valve was leaking no matter how hard I tried to shut it off. That's when I messaged Cameron. No strings attached, he responded to my messages by calling me later that evening. He then guided me toward finding the solution, which was finding the right nut to stop the leak. He helped me despite my many rediculous and naive questions. In the end, I was able to stop the leak. If I had the chance, I would rate Cameron 10 out of 5... That's how good he is, and how easy it is to work with him.

Cameron and Ty came out for a work that involved replacing pipes that go underneath concrete sidewalk. Sutherland has this machine that makes soil into slurry and vacuums it up. Pretty cool. Cam and Ty did a fantastic job. Very courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. They came on time, were thorough in their work, and left as if they were not here (cleaned everything very well). Fantastic.

Sean and Nate arrived right on time this morning to completely replace our kitchen drain system. They wore protective masks and gloves the entire time from start to finish. Don't be afraid to call them to do work now, they will follow all the proper covid procedures. Their work looks perfect and they left the work areas very clean. I would recommend them to anyone. Ti helped save the day yet again!!! We’ve called Sutherland on 3 different occasions to replace our garbage disposal, water heater, and kitchen sink/faucet (they just did this today!) and they’ve surpassed my expectations with their level of service every single time.
