Welcome to Britton's Excavating - Britton's Excavating started in 1993 as primarily a landscape maintenance company that steadily expanded into various other related activities such as landscape construction, irrigation services, and eventually site work and excavating. Although we have phased out of the landscape maintenance end of it, we still have a broad range of services that we offer.
A current diversification includes: Site Work and Excavating NH Licensed Septic System. Our site work division started in 2003, and our very first project was a 60+ Unit Retirement Community with thousands of feet of roads, walkways, private water system, private septics and underground utilities.
From there we further expanded into residential site-work constructing roads for developers and also doing the site work on the individual house lots in those developments. We began commercial site work in 2007, and have since worked on many commercial jobs throughout southeastern NH.

Services
You cut the trees and we will take it from there! From stumping and stripping of the existing loam, digging of the cellar hole and providing proper drainage and backfilling, yard grading, septic system and utility installation, we can do it all. Also, backyard extensions are a common job for us - make your backyard bigger and better than ever before!
With thousands of feet of residential roads built in the last several years, we have the capacity to handle any size road that you may be developing. Past projects have included stumping and stripping of loam, blasting, common excavation, site grading, material processing on-site (crushing of select gravels to make road base material) paving and more.
An alternative to crushed gravels is our crushed concrete. It is a recycled product from concrete that we have imported to our pit. Old foundations, concrete patios etc. are crushed to 3 minus and all metal/steel are separated out of the finished product. A great alternative to crushed gravel in some applications.

Quick response time, timely delivery, friendly (and good at unloading) truck drivers, great materials, even better prices, and local! What's not to love?! When I called to place an order, Wayne even asked me what I was doing and helped me pick the best aggregate for the project. Very helpful since I barely knew what I was doing. Highly recommend.
