The roof replacement job was of average to above average cost in 2016. The job seemed okay. However four years later we are getting leaks in one of the same spots we had been, every time it rains, including damage to some panel wood on a wall.
The worst of it is very poor communication and customer service after the job is done. I called almost three weeks ago to discuss and was told I'd get a call back the next day. Nothing for over two weeks. I called again three days

There are missing screws from 2nd story windows and they are protruding from the wall.
Basement windows are not properly secured and bend easily.
Sliding glass door was installed crooked and water is leaking from under the track and from the weep holes inside of the house.
Caulk has detached and or is missing from multiple windows.
Installer became irate over wearing a mask and tried to blame everything but their work for damage and improper installation after they had aknoweldged the issues and admitted to causing some of said issues themself.

The work they did which was a county insurance job was sketchy and hack work at best. They cant even tell me the floorong they put down in the home that way I can match it in the rest of the house. False promises over the phone no calls back. They just came in for money and hit the road. Super unprofessional

I had major construction on the outside of my house last year. They did a complete front porch rebuild, siding, soffit and fascia and gutters. They did the whole job in 6 days. The house looks fantastic. The employees were extremely professional and courteous. I can't say enough how completely satisfied I am with this company. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing home improvements. Sincerely Jay Wisniewski.
