We’d been in the market for a couple quality rugs. I’ve always loved the advertisements and visiting Aladdin’s. We went after Thanksgiving, and the displays turned out to be exactly what we needed for our home. The two gentleman working the store were easy to talk to, knowledgeable, kind and helped us make a great purchase on two beautiful rugs. They called when they were ready, helped us put them in our car and provided wonderful, funny and polite customer service. We will definitely continue returning to them!

The rug selection is large and all so beautiful. The customer service is excellent. Everyone’s goal is to make sure you have exactly the rug you love. They bend over backwards to help you make your choice. Aladdin’s Rug Gallery is a beautiful store with top notch employees. We are completely pleased with our rug and the whole experience.

Great customer service here! George was enthusiastic and very helpful. I feel like he really cared about me. Even though I changed my mind about my purchase, making the return was easy and guilt free. It's worth dropping in -- you'll find a huge selection, get to see the rugs at different angles, and feel and check the quality. Also -- they've moved from the Chapel Hills Mall to the Promonade Shops so access is extremely easy.

No doubt about it. Really pretty rugs but VERY expensive. Don't know how they stay in business with all that inventory sitting there. Not many people can walk I and drop $7000 on a rug every day

We were amazed by Aladdin’s expansive selection at their new location at Promenade Shops at Briargate! We were greeted by George who was very friendly, knowledgeable of their inventory, and very helpful with design suggestions. He helped us find the style and colors best suited for our home in short period of time. He was amazing and dramatically reduced the time it would have taken to select our rugs. We ended up buying multiple rugs that are absolutely beautiful and reasonably priced!

This review is long overdue, because over several years I have purchased six different rugs from George at Aladdin's Rug Gallery. Not only have my wife and I been extremely happy with our rugs, but the experience of dealing with George has always been enjoyable. He explains the origin, the history, and the process by which they are made. They have hand made rugs and machine made rugs from all over the world. Most are pieces of fine art. When I am in Colorado Spgs I often stop by just to look around. George, always the gentleman, seems glad to see me and happy to show me their newest and most interesting

The professionals at Aladdin Rugs are very knowledgeable in rugs from many countries. They shared information about The strengths of rugs made in various places So I could choose one that best suited my needs. In addition, they had one of my older rugs cleaned and repaired for a modest price, restoring it to a beautiful home accessory that will last for decades. I highly recommend them for their expertise and variety of in stock rugs.

What a great experience we had! Not only are they incredibly knowledgeable here but they work hard to make sure that you're happy with what you get. We had ordered a rug in one color but after receiving it realized that another color would've been better. They were very gracious and allowed us to order the different color at no charge and no restocking fee. Not only that, but they seemed to remember who we were each time we called and did not have to give a long background story. Would definitely recommend this store if you're looking to make a rug purchase.
