Searching online for similar service in Ocean Shores proved a bit difficult. I stumbled upon Backhoe NW and gave them a call. Great business with great customer service.
Outstanding prices and impeccable skills when loading your vehicle.
I ordered and picked up the 5/8- black rock for my driveway, very pleased with its look and compaction capabilities.
Only downside... not open on the weekends.
And that’s the only reason why I choose 4 ⭐️ instead of 5...
With this being a tourist town I would think there is a need for partial hrs on the weekend, but that’s just me with my needs today.
Still a great business I plan to revisit many times.

Critical: Professionalism
When an appointment is scheduled, I expect either service to occur or at the least a call to reschedule. I do not appreciate being treated like I’ve done something wrong and being yelled at because they failed to show up. If you miss your appointment that’s your mistake, not mine, and I should not be yelled at for it.

I have never dealt with such a rude employee we had scheduled to have gravel delivered for the 29th not only did they not show up but when we called the female was extremely rude and. Unprofessional she yelled and told us to take our business Elsewhere and hung up on us. I can’t believe this company would have someone so disrespectful Representing their company

Like everything in Ocean Shores it takes 10 to 12 weeks to deliver. But these guys were very good. The tractor driver was top notch, the other guy worked really hard. The price seemed reasonable after a comparison. The result was better than I could've hoped for. If you need your driveway re-done or anything of that nature I can't recommend Backhoe Northwest more. Great experience.
