Hide your belongings! The girl with the locs owns the company and when she's in your home, she goes by a different name. She slays her staff and doesn't pay. She will have different maids all the time because she can't keep staff. They leave when they catch on to her scams, I WAS ONE OF THEM!!!! She takes from customers especially the elderly and overprices depending on what time of car they drive. She looks at it like if they drive a Benz, they would pay more. Crews were friendly and very helpful. In addition, I had scheduled the electricity to be shut off the day of cleaning not thinking it would be shut off by 10am so the crew wasn't able to shampoo the carpets, but they were awesome and accommodated me by getting an afternoon crew with a generator to finish the job same day. Thanks so much for the service!

Last Minute Holiday Cleaning Was Requested By My Wife after a big familyThanksgiving dinne at our house this year. I saw a gift certificate on Facebook for this company and purchased it via their website I then suprised my wife and she booked the cleaning 2 days later we had a top to bottom home cleaning after our family left. Company was a lifesaver my wife has now signed up for regular cleaning once a month. Less complaining in my ear so I'm very happy would recommend to anyone. Happy wife really is. Move-in, first time customer, very old rental house that had apparently been vacant for some time and needed considerable attention, even after landlord and handyman attempts to make it liveable. Scheduled Monday at 2 and paid in advance (very reasonable). Tiffany showed up on time, fully equipped and ready to go. She was very professional, courteous and thorough at all times. I was impressed with her attention to detail, getting in every nook and cranny, and seemingly boundless energy.

I contracted for a deep cleaning. I left them in the house for about an hour - when I returned they said they were almost finished, but that they were unable to get toilets clean without a pumice stone. I told them I would go get one - when I returned about 30 minutes later, they were pulling away and would not come back into the house with me to inspect. They said the toilets were as good as they could do.
When I went into the house, I was most unhappy. I called the company immediately, I gave the woman I spoke to my concerns about a few items, but as inspected closer, I found other issues.

She also schedules for interviews but never shows or calls. She lied and said she was at a construction site but she was at home sleeping ! The other coworker told me. I use to work for this company and the manager never informed us on how big the houses may be or if it was a house or apartment we were cleaning. We were just told to be done in 2 hrs. Sometimes it would be two of us or me alone. Very very very very very unorganized. We kept up with our own hours and turned them in to her but she never paid the correct amount. She steals the money from the cleaners. She is suppose to cover miles

I've never seen a company so careless with such nerve......
We are very unhappy with the cleaning service today at our home . After the maids Mandie and Jason left I walked around to see how well they cleaned our home. I am disabled and use a cane so I waited until my husband came home shortly after the left.
First: This was the most disrespectful act a cleaning person could purposely do and while the owner is home! The TV in the bedroom was not cleaned at all, but the person took the time to draw

Never written a review before but wanted to make sure people are aware. Very unproffesional, do not answer the phone or messages and didnt even show up. I emailed the company for a free quote and received one promptly for $135 for 2 girls for up to 4 hours. I emailed back to make an appointment. After calling 3x to try and make the appointment I received a call late the next day. I made an appointment for Friday at 1. On Friday at 11 I called a few times and when I got through I asked if it would be possible to push the appointment back or move it to Saturday because I wanted to take an appointment
