Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality
I had used this place for 30 years, but I brought in a screen door to be fixed and two months later it still was not done. When I told the receptionist that I thought my good will was being abused, she very loudly told me to take my business elsewhere if I didn't like it. Unbelievable.

Today I had the pleasure of getting my car windshield replaced at Wiscasset Glass. Not only did they do an excellent job, but they were friendly, attentive and 100% focused on providing me with superior customer service.
