We offer traditional repairs that involve digging trenches or tunnels, and we also offer semi-trenchless and trenchless repairs so you have less disturbance to your yard. With trenchless repair, we use Nu Flow technology to fix damaged sewer lines. We install a new pipe liner inside the current pipe.

Gene's Water & Sewer is a licensee supplying the patented "Nu Flow Technologies" trenchless lining - the only true no dig process. We will do a cost/benefit analysis trade off study and review the results with you before beginning work. Gene's Water & Sewer is the contractor choice for outside water and sewer installation and repair. Our crew digs an open trench and does the repairs/replacements. Trench repairs are somewhat less costly, and has a significant, experienced contractor base. A pneumatic tool ("hole hog") to pull the pipe into place.
Question: What could be causing waste water flow to be slowed or stopped (sewage back-up)? Causes: Most often caused by a clogged, broken or displaced sewer pipe between the building and the main. Repair Option: Gene's Water & Sewer will most often suggest an attempt at cleaning followed by a video camera inspection which will identify the cause and help select the best repair option.

We had a crack in our mainline a couple months back and shopped around to get it fixed. Gene’s had the best price, response times, and just overall good vibes. We mainly communicated with Eric and Craig - they answered all of our questions, were great to deal with, and the actual job was done in a very timely manner. Highly recommend Gene’s!

Terrible experience. Paid $3k to fix the mainline and they made it worse, far worse. The mainline had pitch back to the house once they were done, they hid the fact they they couldn't get it right and just buried the pipe and said all was well. 9 months later it was backing up again, took them forever to come out and check it out, then they wanted another $4-5K to fix it right. Even after agreeing to this, they never showed up. Communication wasn't terrible, it was non-existent. Wouldn't return calls or emails, just nothing. Stay away.

I didn't actually end up using Gene's as I had another quote in progress but they were so honest and straightforward about my project, the other company I was working with, and offered what they would genuinely do if they were in my shoes (a sewer main dig up and repair). That's way more than I could say for a lot of trade workers.
