I will update on the actual quality of the product IF we go with this company, but the initial customer service was absolutely awful. I came here to purchase a product and basically felt attacked and like I was interrupting whatever "Navy mom" was working on. I was immediately ready to leave after we started speaking with her, her overall attitude, tone and demeanor were terrible, she should not be dealing with the public. After picking out my stone for my island and giving a $400 deposit I was called and told the stone was broken (I understand it happens)as they were talking out another stone and I could come pick out another. After arriving to pick out another stone I was told by one associate that the stone was broken when being cut (not what I was originally told and it shouldn't have been cut because they didn't have my template yet) so it sounded like a lie, then the owner or manager told me it was damaged because it was out in the sun and rain (also not what I was originally told and didn't sound right because
