Heartland Asphalt Materials produces asphalt products that are used in the highway construction, maintenance, and pavement preservation industry. We are committed to ensuring the health and safety of our employees and it is our objective to avoid every incident which may result in injury or property damage.
A partnership in 1920 between Edward F. Regenhardt and William H. Harrison's led to what is today Delta Companies Inc. The partnership worked throughout the states of Missouri, Illinois and Arkansas building roads and crushing rock locally for the construction jobs. William Harrison's sons, Arthur, Charles and Edward and Regenhardt's sons, Ted, Edward and William, Sr., took over ownership of the company in the 1930s.

FasBlack-M is a bituminous fog seal especially designed to improve the service life of road surfaces. Fog seals are one of the most cost effective pavement preservation treatments available. FasBlack-M uses a polymer modified asphalt emulsion and has many of the same characteristics as rapid setting emulsions.
