Harry from Taormina Outdoor Living was used as a subcontractor to install artificial turf for my residential playground. The initial install was poorly done and the revisit to "repair" was even worse. It's so bad, he can't even fix it and the primary contractor has to get someone else to finish the job properly. Maybe he has other skills, but artificial turf is not one I'd recommend him for.

I sent a text message last week in response to your ad: “Call or Text today for a free quote”. The next day I called to schedule an appointment(because I received no reply to the text message) for an estimate. Rep answered and asked if they could call me back to set an appointment. I said sure, that was a week ago and I’ve received no call back or text message response. I guess business is that good you don’t even have the time to call a lead back.
