Every one at Iconics Solar are Professionals that know their stuff. They’re very Professional and courteous from the get-go. They tell y’all the plan, What system will work best for you and what it will cost. No hidden fees. We are over the moon with excitement about our new system. Iconic did what they said they’d do and worked very hard, on our behalf, to get the system up and running. Any issues with install were minor and promptly addressed. The entire team was always ready to answer my questions and explain the process. Our experience from start to finish has been nothing but a great one. The sales process went very well and we were quickly on our way to having solar panels when we decided to move forward.

Iconic installed solar panels for us and within months acknowledged that a mistake had been made in their calculations concerning energy production. They had done a wonderful job installing and we were very pleased. Unfortunately, they had to remove our panels which they have done competently, professionally and well. Our roof has been fixed, electrical removed and put back as it was. As it was their error, they refunded all monies without hesitation. We were disappointed that the panels could not work in our trees but the company stepped up, took responsibility and made us whole. Anyone who can

We had a positive experience with Iconic Energy from the beginning. They answered all of our questions, and we had a lot. The installation went very smoothly. When it came time to apply for the renewable energy credits (SRECs), we ended up applying several different times as the state kept changing the format of the application. Iconic Energy was in frequent contact with us throughout the process (2+ years for us), and ultimately helped us become successful in acquiring the credits.

I’ve been looking into getting solars put on our home. I did my research with other companies but they were not it. Iconic Energy did a great job at answering all my questions and taking the time to review everything for me. They told me exact numbers and how the system would work. They weren’t pushy like other company’s are and they were awesome to work with! I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends! I would highly recommend Iconic energy to anyone looking for a solar resource.They are very helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and skilled. One very unique thing about this company is the fact that they are all so polite and kind. The sales person, Lisa, is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. She not only came over a couple of times to work out the details we needed her to, but has ALWAYS been available to talk. The office personnel are also very sweet and helpful. The crew that came to install my solar panels were great. They got the job done in a timely manner and were over-the-top friendly
