Nelson Carballea, owner and operator of NC Flooring served 4 1/2 years in the U S Army as a supply specialist and completed training at Fort Jackson South Carolina. Later Nelson was stationed in Schoffield Barracks Hawaii where He was part of the 25th infantry division with which participated in operation uphold democracy in Haiti.

From start to finish Nelson and his team were great! They ordered the floor we liked even though it was one they didnt keep in their stock. The process went so smooth from the quoting process to them taking out all the flooring in the house and putting new flooring down. Gerry the floor installer was 5 + stars! He did a excellent job and we will def be using him in the future for more projects. Thank you everyone!!!

We’ve used Unique Flooring & Design for three different jobs over the last few years and every time it was a pleasure. They are professional from start to finish. The entire team works efficiently and they helped us finish our projects within our budget. We had floors installed with laminate oak in three rooms and hallways throughout our home. We’re getting a lot compliments but most importantly we love the work that was done. We called him back to install vinyl plank out in the screened in lanai and it looks amazing! We’re very happy with the look and the outstanding work of Victor!! Would recommend him to anyone!!!

I had a great experience with Nelson the owner and Jerry the installer. I had LVT installed throughout my entire house. Nelson was very responsive and helpful during the selection and installation process. Jerry the installer, did a phenomenal job. He and his partner were always on time and are artists at their craft. I couldn't be any happier. As a bonus, I had them resurface my fireplace with stone. Jerry does it all! When I’m ready to update my kitchen, I’ll surly be returning to Nelson and his team.

We shopped and looked at all the big box stores and, although they said the installers were fully backed by the store, we were more comfortable using a small, family owned business with years of experience and a tremendous install team. Very happy we choose Nelson and Jerry (install) for this job.
Jerry took the time to get the job done right and took our concerns seriously and was very meticulous, clean and friendly. He does excellent work.

Fantastic all around. Nelson and his installers (Jerry) were absolutely fabulous to work with. We did the entire house at one time. Nelson's time estimate was exactly on. Jerry and his crew made sure we new what was being done and when. They never left us without bathrooms or beds when they left. We absolutely love that Jerry and his team were able to run the floor in one direction without any transitions. It looks amazing.
We got 2000 sqft of flooring and all new baseboards as well. It was a long process, but worth every second and cent! The pictures are the kitchen before that was done but shows
