My tankless water heater was not working properly and impacting the water flow to various outlets. I had a few plumbers look at the device but the issue was not remedied. Finally, Jose (the tankless expert) from A1 came out, carefully explained the solution and proceeded to fix the problem. Now everything works perfectly.
A1 is a good company with good people. They are responsive and even call to let you know when they en route. And Jose is a gem - knowledgeable and detail oriented. Can't say enough about A1

My air conditioner stopped working so I called A-1 on Sunday and since it wasn't so hot on Sunday I made an appt for them to come out been 10am - 1:00pm on Monday. Will called me 15 minutes early to say he was in the area if I wanted him to come now. He removed the panel took one look and knew exactly what was wrong and what needed replacement. He had the part in his truck and installed it and was done within 15 minutes. Thanks Will for a job well done.

In the midst of our ongoing heat wave, my air conditioning broke down. A-1 was able to come out the same day I called which was a mercy. Will quickly figured out the problem and fixed it. He also gave me advice which will be helpful when, in the near future, I have to replace the unit. I recommend A-1.

Thanks to A-1 ! Our garage ceiling was leaking. Leo and Mike took a look and found two rotting copper pipes but that was not the immediate problem. Within 2 hours they had figured out where the leak was in our master, repaired it, recommended and installed a new shower faucet, Then they replaced the worn copper pipes in the garage and cleaned up the mess nicely.Their attitude was positive and helpful and I am grateful to have 2 plumbing dilemmas diagnosed and fixed on the spot.

Spoke to Dave yesterday at 7 am and Gabriel was at my door at 9 am. Upfront weekend and weekday options/pricing were presented to me. Gabriel diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. I can't say enough about this guys. Our air went out this morning and we panicked. We had a fifty person party scheduled for the afternoon with temps set for the mid 100s. Dave and Claudio came to the rescue. I called Dave at 8:30 and he had Claudio here by 9:15. By 9:30, the air was back running. Great service by some really nice guys. Thank you!
