Had a guy come out to our shop on Friday at 3:15pm. Had an attitude from the start because he was supposed to get off at 3pm. Instead of taking his time to get the glass out, he rushed and cracked the glass. When I told him he was supposed to remove and then reinstall. He said he thought it was a warranty thing and we were replacing glass anyways. When I told him to hold on that I was going to call the store. He took off and did a burnout leaving the parking lot. Called today and spoke with a manger about what we were quoted and how that was not what happened. She did nothing to fix the situation
