Services
You can't know the story of Carolina Bluewater Construction without first knowing the story of "Bruce's Construction." Bruce Quaintance (Scott Quaintance's father) built custom homes in his native Salisbury for many years. After a year of commuting to the coast of North Carolina while building there, he decided to relocate his business to Ocean Isle Beach.

CBC built our dream oceanfront home on Ocean Isle and did a fabulous job! Every aspect of the process was done with exceptional care and professionalism. The design process was very easy since Scott has such a multitude of floor plans in his portfolio to start with. He had great ideas and made all our wants and needs become a reality. The building process was very organized and they kept to their timeline. Jennifer was integral in helping us select items that we needed in an efficient and organized manner. We enjoyed working with all the vendors and sub-contractors. We did not have one disagreement

After having built 3 homes within a 6 year span, we've come to know a little about the building process. Our experience with Bluewater Construction was by far the smoothest experience we have ever had. There were no surprises,dissapointments, or misunderstandings throughout the entire process. Everything about our home has met or exceeded our expectations and we were clients with high expectations. The best thing about the process was that Scott made himself availabe, listened when we voiced our desires, made useful recommendations which often were cost effective and followed through without fail

From design to CO the absolute best experience ever ! Early on in the build it became absolutely clear that Scott, Jennifer and their team had complete command of every part of process which gave us peace of mind rarely found in building a home. When evaluating other builders, Carolina Bluewater's results stood out above other builders which made our contract decision very easy!

We chose CBC to build our retirement beach house in February 2015, and it was ready for us in March 2016, a month ahead of schedule! Working with Scott to design a truly customized plan was so easy and fun, and Jennifer's support in design choices was invaluable. The suppliers used by CBC are great; they really take time with you and offer advice to help make the right picks. Scott and all the contractors and work crews (I was on site a lot) were always ready to answer any questions or concerns I might have-I know so many hows and whys, which really gives me confidence my house is sturdy as well
