During the pre-construction meeting, you are invited to sit down with your sales person to do a final review of your new home. Together, you will verify the placement of the home, review the blue prints, and find out what to expect during the building process. Once building permits and loan approval are cleared, construction can begin.

We built a home with Ninety Degree Construction almost two years ago. The building process went very smooth and was completed on schedule. A couple minor warranty issues were completed with one phone call and super fast. As for the house, We love it! Floorplan very well thought out and the quality of the home is top notch. Absolutely reccommend this builder.
