Josh and Jonathan arrived in the time frame they had arranged with us. They explained the process before they began and answered all our questions.They were very careful and conscientious as they moved from vent to vent. Our house is over 2000sq ft and they worked diligently for nearly 3 hours. They were very professional and respectful. We are more than satisfied and I would recommend them to anyone who needs their ducts cleaned. The price was more than fair for the amount of work and time involved.

This is an awesome company! Sean was our guy that they sent out. He was so informative and just a really nice guy. He cleaned and sanitized our vents, cleaned our unit and put in new filters. Showed me areas where we needed to fix to prevent anything getting in our air ducts again too. He also helped me to get my huge dog into our motorhome because he is so big and also helped get him out when he was done. He offered to help. What a nice thing to do. He was very professional and we will definitely be recommending this company to people we know. I would give 10 stars if I could!

What I requested was not something they do, however they were so kind to respond on a Sunday to give me guidance to be sure I went to the right place to accomplish my goal, at the best value and to not be taken advantage of! I'm very happy with this company. My family hired them in the last month to do both our houses due to allergy issues. We requested Sean each time. He was very professional and did a great job. My headaches went away after the cleaning. He went above and beyond to help my elderly parents with their house. I was extremely impressed with his kindness and patience with them. Air Duct Professionals did a fantastic job in my home with cleaning all of our air ducts, returns, dryer vent, and furnaces. James and his team respected my home while providing top notch service.
Carefully cut around the vents to remove them, because of caulk/paint and, when replaced, you cannot tell they were removed. Although they had filters, I provided replacement filters I wanted them to use; they also used an environmentally friendly disinfectant/sanitizer spray in the returns to suction throughout the system. They covered things with plastic that may have dust fall on them then vacuumed

I called Air dust professional. Ed responded quickly and answered all my questions and helped me with my dryer. Next day he send his tech guy( TJ) to do the work. TJ was explaining everything and super honest to help me save a few hundred dollars. We contacted the air duct professionals to clean our ducts. We have an older house and purchased it 2 years ago. I am sure that the ducts had never been cleaned. I requested a quote and received a message from the owner within an hour, he gave me a quote and we set up an appointment. On the date of our appointment I received a message 30 minutes ahead of Sean's (the tech) arrival. He arrived at the time he stated he would. He was very professional and also very respectful of my home. He throughly explained what he would be doing and what I could expect. The entire process did take 2 hours

I am really pleased to write a review for this company. The young man came on time looked over each item I wanted done. My air ducts and dryer vent were throughly cleaned. I do have a gas fireplace but didn't need to clean it The price was very reasonable and you would never have known he was there. Thank you so much I breathe easier and feel safer knowing it was done.

The owner called me and set up the cleaning the following day which fit well within our schedule. Their representative showed up a few minutes early after calling first to ensure that it would be alright with us. Our worker, Sean, did a great job and worked non-stop for well over two hours ensuring the vents were cleaned and the job met our expectations. As a side note, I contacted my air conditioning contractor who also cleans air ducts to get an estimate prior to using with Air Duct Pro. Their bid was in the range of $700 so the savings through Air Duct Professionals was significant.
