Excel Solar installed my solar hot water heater and panels as well as a solar system for my pool over 8 years ago. I have no problems in this time except not having hot water during the latest cold snap. Gloria at Excel walked me through resetting the electric for the heater, meaning no costly call out visit.

We had thermal panels installed about 4 years ago and have been super pleased with the result and the customer service. We have needed to remove and reinstall (roof repair), had questions about settings, and most recently a small leak and they have gone above and beyond to help us take care of any problems we have had. I have already referred one customer and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Excel solar has been amazing. Sophie's customer service was phenomenal. I'm happy I have chosen them for my solar water heater. My solar water heater blew a month before my warranty expired and it was only 5 years old max. My house had flooded do to the issue and Sophie and Excel solar were kind enough to honor my warranty and provide me with a new discounted solar water heater. My installer Dave was very informative and kept my best interest in mind. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for my next water heater. Hopefully 10 years from now lol. Thank you

Service for life! I bought my solar hot water heater in 2014 and it works awesome! (should be required by the FL for all new homes.). Excel installed it perfectly. Last year, I re-roofed. Excel took the Solar system off the roof and then replaced it again after the re-roofing was complete. And yesterday, I turned off and drained all my water for a plumbing repair - and had no hot water when we turned it on due to a bubble in the solar system. Now, seven (7) years from when I first purchased my solar heater, at 6pm I called Excel on a Sat for help. Within 20 minutes the technician called me back

I found Excel Solar to be very professional right from the start, they came out for estimate when they said they would and covered what they would be doing. i received the written estimate a few days later. when my roofer was done he called Excel and let them know, they in turn notified me with a date. they called me the day before install with arrival time which was 8:00 am, the next morning they were unloading parts for install a little earlier. the team consisted of Kelly D, Logan, and Christian, they all new what they had to do and got right into it, they rechecked everything and even took

This company provided excellent communication and workmanship. The price for replacing my pool solar collectors was right where it should be. They were professional, courteous, and communicated with me throughout the entire process from original estimate scheduling to the install to the follow up visit after the install was done. These guys do what they say and are there when they say they will be. Would recommend Excel Solar to anyone looking for solar!

Thanks Excel Solar for such a prompt and professional service. I personally don't own a solar water heating system but my home warranty service couldn’t find a local service provider to replace my leaky electric water heater and allowed me to find one. I called Excel Solar and they promptly dispatched David to diagnose and estimate a replacement. David did an amazing job replacing the water heater, a friendly and knowledgeable individual that made my day. I would definitely recommend Excel Solar to anyone looking for a solar water heating system or just to service a regular electric water heater

We are very happy we chose Excel Solar for heating our pool. We were referred to Excel by our roofer, when we replaced our former system/roof in January this year.
Very professional and quick response time too. We were enjoying warm 88 degree water in about a week! Also thank you to our installer for helping to remove a little springtime debris while on our roof!

They are the best,now my pool is warm and my kids are happy.
I requested a quote and everything was installed 3 weeks after,they even throwed a solar blanket for free,all hardware is stainless steel and actually they made the whole thing tighter that it was moving the filter in a better position,really happy!

These guys are the best! They answer their phone or return phone calls promptly, which is already better than most I've dealt with. They removed my DWH solar panel/water heating system professionally and I expect the same professionalism when it's time for them to reinstall the DWH. They worked with me and my roofing company to get the job done in a timely manner. I have nothing but good things to say about Excel!
