Early in 2014 we were looking for a new facility to expand our manufacturing foot print. Bob was extremely professional and very thorough. I've been having indoor air issues for a long time and finally decided to get to the source. I was relived to learn it was not mold and Bob helped me understand where the real root of the issue was and it turned out to be a much easier fix than expected. We have a two year old and another on the way. We had a concern with an odor from our HVAC unit and moisture in our crawlspace. I spoke with Bob on Friday afternoon and he made time to come out on Saturday morning. He was on time, courteous, and very thorough. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. We are very pleased with his service and would suggest him to anyone with mold and air concerns.

I called Bob for help in the middle of COVID, Thanksgiving week. He was incredible getting over to the property quickly, answered all my questions and processed the tests within 48 hours. He really helped me address my mold issue quickly and now I can clean this up safely, knowing the test results. Don't buy a mold test on Amazon, it takes 3 weeks!! Call Bob instead.

I was very pleased with the service provided. We had mold forming in the bathroom and some general concerns around the house/crawlspace. Bob gave an estimate over the phone and came out within a couple of days to check things out. He said the bathroom issue was just surface level and gave simple, cheap DIY fixes and referred us to another company for air duct cleaning to improve general air quality. He never tried to upsell unnecessary expensive remediation and the final bill matched up with the estimate. Great experience, would definitely recommend!
