We offer a complete home design process with over 160 years of combined experience. The first step is a short questionnaire that helps us understand what you're looking for in a new home. Then, you'll walk through our models and tell us what you like and don't like about the floor plans. Once we have an idea of your preferences and tastes, a professional home designer drafts a floor plan specifically for you on the lot you have selected.
How are Rabbit Run and Rabbit Ridge different from any other neighborhood in Tulsa / Broken Arrow / Edmond? As family needs change and children are finally out of the house, empty nesters and individuals find themselves with a house that no longer fits their lifestyle. THE BEST BUILDER! This is my first time building, so I was nervous. This has ended up being smooth sailing as can expect with Covid.
My home is almost complete & it is GORGEOUS. Not only will you end up with the highest quality, you will have a home unlike everyone else’s. This company takes building to the NEXT LEVEL.
Go ahead and compare finished product of different builders. You will see the difference!!

Spectacular Homes—a builder whose name truthfully describes its product. These homes are spectacular! Customized, with high-quality features, elegantly designed with stunning architecture. Spectacular Homes fills a much-needed market—empty nesters who desire a stand-alone home with a modest amount of property to take care of. Rabbit Run in Broken Arrow, OK, is a lovely community with a small village vibe. Each home is beautifully landscaped. Meandering paths and wooded trails are perfect for dog and people walks. Spectacular Homes has deservedly won numerous awards for the impressive quality

Not happy with quality of my home or responsiveness of builder in correcting problems. One story when they are selling, something else when they are building. They talk a good story but don’t deliver. Latest example is of a garden gate the charged me $1500 for. Should have had wrought iron installed in arch, was stained the wrong color and then fell apart. See pictures below: Many things missed during construction and many quality issues. Pictures with captions describe some of these issues. Concrete streets are crumbling and builder is collecting $10000 a month or more in homeowners association

Finally! Tulsa has a wonderful builder where downsizing your home does not mean downsizing the quality as welll! Not only do they have high quality standard features, but you can also add in or request any selections you may prefer to make for a truly custom home. Extremely impressed with not only the superior quality of the home, but also the staff. From start to finish they are there to make sure your home is exactly what YOU want. I would highly reccomend this builder!

I find it funny that someone who built with another builder (and gave them 5 stars) violated the law and walked through a house they didn't own just to leave a 1 star review. Every finished home must meet a Certificate of Occupancy Inspection test before anyone can live there. Every "ding" during any inspection must be addressed and fixed before the next stage of construction can continue. Seems like a "fair and honest review" is out of the question with this guy...
