I called them to ask if they could have a look at my heater. A guy answered who seemed knowledgeable and at first polite. He told me that a new heater would cost between $4-5K and it would take 6-8 weeks before they could even come by to look our heater. I told him that $4-5K sounded a bit high as I've heard they cost more like $3K. He then responded "OK sir - good luck" and then hung up on me! Wow - not very nice!

Matt was great he came out and helped us at the start of the season to understand our system better and figure out what we needed. We just had the guys come out yesterday to close up the pool for the season and they were great, everything was cleaned up and put away in the pool shed and they anwsered any questions we had. Will be using again for when we open up next season

Matt understands customer service, you can tell this from the quality of his work, and how quickly he responds to phone calls. He responded to a heater issue I had over the weekend, I could tell he was with his family at the time, but made sure to resolve the issue. He is the only person I would call for my pool needs.

I recently ran into an issue closing our in-ground pool for the winter. I decided to give M&G a call based on strong reviews online. Matt responded quickly to my message. M&G is the real deal - they are a trustworthy pool company that does quality work. In fact, before we even paid them to start maintaining our pool they talked my wife through an issue over the phone with our heater that saved us hundreds of dollars!! You will pay a little extra but as to saying goes - you truly get what you pay for - will continue to use them for our pool maintenance needs!

Matt & his team are awesome. When we found a house with a pool, we had no idea what we were doing. He did our inspection & when we bought the house, taught us everything we needed to know & made the experience so much less scary. Our first summer with our pool was a success & afterwards, he closed the pool for the season for us. He's prompt, friendly, realistic & really knowledgeable. We'd definitely recommend M & G Pools & plan on using their services for a long time to come.

M&G provides a great customer experience when on site. Also, they have saved me $200+ in trip/service charges by trouble shooting issues over the phone and solving the problem free of charge.
This is an industry full of questionable service providers. Ethical vendors are tough to find and ethical ones that do what they say they are going to do when they say are going to do it are nearly extinct. M&G checks that box. I've used 4 or 5 other vendors in the city and they have universally disappointed.
