I purchased a refurbished spa from Recreation Warehouse last February. Had an issue with the tub last week and called them up. They came out and changed the filter and the serviceman played around inside the tub for a bit. As soon as he left, the spa shot up to 110 degrees where it stayed. They told me to remove all the filters, shut the spa off until the temperature went down, then turn it back on with the jets running. I did this, and the temp shot up to 110 again. They came back out today and not only charged me $125, but replaced a heating element which should have been replaced when I purchased

We feel so fortunate to have nabbed a new Nordic spa at a time when hot tubs are hard to come by. The customer service has been so good in-store and on the phone (thanks, Amanda!), and the delivery and set up by Michael and his partner were flawless. When our local hot tub dealer closed in Lansing, we were worried we'd be left without a good local option for sales and service. Owosso isn't that far from us, though, and it was definitely worth the drive.

Bought and had above ground pool installed week before labor day in 2020. Early June 2021 fist puncture came through bottom. Have since patched 5 leaks total in less than a year. DON owner of recreation warehouse refuses to do anything for us after looking at its Obvious that ground was not prepped correctly before liner was installed. Not happy after less than a year trying to find a more reputable business to replace my pool.

Bought a pool from here because we wanted to buy local... we paid $2000 for the install. Have had to call multiple times to see when it would be installed, finally came out to install and they couldnt finish in one day. Said they would be back the next day to finish. They didnt come back, so we had to call them to see where they were. They came back 2 days later, finished putting the filter together. They took our extension cord, left garbage everywhere, and didnt put the ladder together. We called to see where our extension cord was and when they are finishing. Apparently for $2000 they dont clean

My father has always bought his hot tubs through Don, so we thought we would give him a shot. This would be mine & my husbands first spa and we were super excited. Due to COVID there wasn't much out there for us to choose from and we had given Don a budget. He put us on a waiting list for a spa and we could be happier with the results. We waited out a few weeks but he received a trade in and we scooped up on it. Don was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful on helping us purchase our own hot tub.
