I have a self-installed system and our cell unit was no longer compatible with the local network. After purchasing and installing a unit capable of communicating over LTE, my previous security provider said an installer would be needed to conect to their system. I contacted Chris at SafeHomeCentral and he connected the unit remotely in about 15 minutes. Very happy with SHC and Criticom Monitoring Services.

Chris spent close to an hour on the phone with me getting my system connected and configured and went above and beyond to describe system features. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. Older systems do require a connector of some sort and although they sell them on their website, he did not pressure me to buy it from him and even suggested I shop it on Amazon. This is what small business is all about - A+ experience.

I am somewhat technical so I felt like a little more hands on control of my monitoring would be ok. Well, it wasn't necessary. SafeHomeCentral has been a great solution for me. They were able to log into my panel and set everything up, they were great about testing the updates with me while on the phone, and have been a delight to work with. Their response time of the Vanguard people has been perfect. I highly recommend this company. We have sold our home and will not be using their service for a while, but certainly will return to them when we have our own unit again.

Two weeks ago I knew next to nothing about alarms except that I was spending too much for poor service. I found SafeHomeCentral online and decided that their price was attractive. I called and "Chris" answered. I explained to him that I was very ignorant, and he seemed very helpful. He asked me a few questions and decided my alarm panel was a "DSC PowerSeries". He said I should buy a $200 communicator for my alarm to be able to communicate with the central. Really fast scheduling for installation. Called on a Monday and Installed two days later on Wednesday. They allowed me to buy hardware at their online DIY pricing and only charged a small flat-fee for installation labor. Alarm monitoring was way below everyone I called for Honeywell Total Connect 2. Great people to work with. Was a referral from two of my neighbors who also use Vanguard Security.

Bought Honeywell equipment from Safehomecentral to install myself. Equipment arrived next day (wow!) and they even programmed my system as part of the sale. Their alarm monitoring pricing was better than most online dealers for Total Connect 2 services which works flawlessly. I almost bought the Honeywell Lynx 7000 but after a phone call realized the Lyric wireless was a better deal overall because of built-in features (didnt have to buy a WIFI or Z-Wave card).
