They will rip you off!!! Instead of rekeying they told me I have to change the cylinder. A quote for Installation of a simple additional smart lock was $350. I went to a different locksmith with a good reviews and they rekeyed quickly. Installed smart lock for $125. Customer support explains everything in a complicated manner to inflate the prices. About them!!!

These ppl took my money since 11:30 AM, did nt answer me for 4 hours until I told that I would be calling my bank to get the money back. The guy came at 3:45. He then left 10 mns later and said he will be back because his machine is not working. An hour later I called them, they said they will nt be coming anymore and they will nt be refunding me my money and he left the door open

I paid $ 330 to make my car key. he couldn't make my key, so i asked for my money back, he didn't want to return my money, i called the police and the police can't do anything and said i should go to court. he told the police that I owed another $ 500 to finish the job. I will never give this company a dollar again. he didn't return the key without working and neither my $ 330, and he still laughed in the face. (this happened to the owner of the store) he is a thief, ABSURD !!!! YOUR LICENSE MUST BE CANCELED !!!

I can't see how this place has negative reviews. I've been on a hunt to make a copy of a key for our Sea Ray Sundancer boat / yacht and every place I went to told me it's a special key and very hard to find and to basically contact my dealer.

Tom is officially a thief! I really should've taken all the previous negative reviews into account. He sold me knock off Mul-T-Locks. To add insult to injury, he took the original Mul-T-Locks he removed from my doors without my permission. I still have a key for those locks and I've been calling for three days straight asking to please give me back the old locks that he stole and nothing! I will definitely be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau. It's bad enough we have to live with COVID, now we have to worry about scam artists as well.

I broke my key that had a chip in it.. never knew that.. she took her time to take care of me... explaining the whole process and giving me many options with a calm and caring voice.. Not really the best to call if stranded. I call this 24/7 service possibly about late 8 to 9 on Chrismas Eve. The Dispatcher says she will call somebody, give a hour . No call i call back she says she will call again, give it another 30min or so i recieve the call. I ask for a price he says he dont know. I say i can get money just have to tell me the price he says ok he will call back i said are you sure or do you think he says i will. I wait for the call back no call. I called the dispatcher she says she will call again and apologizes for the delay. I wait, give it another hour no call again so

This place is a rip off, Tom, who was extremely rude and sloppy pretended to fix my vehicle and later gave me a jump and charged me almost $200 for it. 1 hour later my car was right back the same, the manager ran for cover and never got in contact with me after i requested him to by their secretary, don't waste your money on this joint, go to real professionals who valued their customers

Only use this locksmith if you want to be a victim of credit card fraud. I called them when I was locked out of my apartment one late night and had to call multiple times with no answer. Finally after maybe 6 calls, someone answers like I woke them up. It was around 1:20am when I called, but that's why this place is open 24 hours.
