Rather belated post, but we had a fantastic experience with Travis of Goode Plumbing! Travis was both professional and flexible, working to find a time that would best fit my schedule. He offered a quote with a ceiling price so that there wouldn’t be surprises, and agreed to work with me in case of any changes. He and his associate came out and completed the work quickly and efficiently, and was both kind and polite. This experience was such a blessing!

We had an emergency leak in the ceiling. Travis came out right away. Their work is super clean. Vacuumed dust as he was cutting into ceiling to ensure dust didn't get everywhere. He wasn't cheap, but he did great quality work, and that was most important to us. I would recommend Goode Plumbing to anyone, they do great work.

The main line water pipe had a significant leak in it. I’m not sure what the going rate is for this type of repair, so I can’t say if the price was good or not, but the service and promptness was top notch. I’m glad other reviews expressed an honest opinion and gave good reviews. We are happy with the service we received from Travis at Goode Plumbing. We will use them again if needed.

Definitely a very positive experience. I had a suspicion that my system had a leak but wasn't sure where it was or the magnitude . Travis responded to my call immediately. & scheduled a service call to find & repair leak. He came out very promptly. Found the problem quickly and professionally & repaired it in the same manner. I had experienced a water leak in the attack and had called several other companies as they were all too busy and no one was able to come out right away. I called Goode Plumbing in the morning and the gentlemen who answered my call was very responsive to my situation and stated he would call back shortly to arrange a visit. Within 30 minutes he called back and one his techs arrived at the scheduled time. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable and addressed the issue immediately. He also pointed out some other potential issues to look out for in the future. I will definitely use Goode

I was in the market for a water treatment system. Coming from well water with extremely hard water and with my new home purchase in the City I know I definitely wanted a whole house system. With the addition of a utility sink added in the garage. I did my research had an idea of what I wanted. Called multiple companies and ultimately I chose to go with Goode Plumbing. We needed a cracked pipe replaced, which turned out to be a complex job. Travis of Goode Plumbing returned our call the same day, gave us an estimate quickly, and did the work promptly. I was impressed with Travis from our first contact. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He came out to our house on a holiday for no charge to assess our problem. We ended up having to repipe our entire house. Throughout the entire process communication was excellent. Matt and Zack were here working hard every day to get the job done as quickly as possible and even though it was over 100 degrees they always had a smile. After they were done everything is working great. The cost was very close to the original estimate. Travis is also good about following up on his work and making sure things

I contacted Goode Plumbing about servicing a tankless water heater and finishing a pre-plumbed gas jet for a barbeque. Travis Goode and I wound up having a conversation about options to filter "Clovis water" and replumbing my tankless water heater to facilitate annual maintenance.

Woke up Monday morning to several leaks at our business. I called several plumbers but were too busy to service us. My water heater stopped working, so my landlord called Goode Plumbing to come after regular business hours to take a look at it. Travis was very knowledgeable about the issue and was able to repair it the same day. I recently utilized GOODE Plumbing to fix an underground leak in a metal pipe from my well to the house and barn. When I called Travis he was out of town, but came by about 7 pm when he got back into town. He had a hand help pump to clear the water out of the hole where the pipe was exposed. He made the determination that it could not be patched, but had to be placed. I ask him to give me a range on what it would cost me to have it fixed. I told him I had another plumber that had come out earlier that day. He knew the company and said he would probably be more expensive.

Perfect for when your electrician husband thinks he is a plumber, and your closet wall and floor are filling with water you can't stop! Not only did Travis answer on the first ring, on a Saturday, late in the day, but he was here FAST. He was kind, understanding (despite the state of panic in our house, dogs included), and fixed issues with our shower we didn't even know we had. The cost was surprisingly reasonable considering the late Saturday emergency call.
