I called as my garage door was not functioning properly, they came out the next day. After trouble shooting the issue, the technician knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it immediately. Everything from working with the office staff to having the technician at my home was a great experience. I had two wheels on my garage door go off track after hours. Called them and they came quickly to fix (at night). The person who arrived was friendly and efficient. Where do I ever start with the amazing service provided to me. I thought my problem was a simple wire that needed to be replaced. After replacing the wire my technician noticed bolts were lose for the track. A complete safety issue. He secured those and then realize that the motor was shot (20 years old motor). Would go up but not down. He quoted me a great price and was able to do the repair right away. My door is super quiet and works amazing. After he left I had a question about the sensor and he come back out as soon as he was finished with the job he was working on. It was 7 pm and he came

Gal came and checked our old antique garage door opener said it has met its match. He said it will be cheaper in long run instead of changing the mother board to buy a whole new unit so we did. The unit was at a great price and I checked the unit out on google as he was installing it. It was a great unit along with the an install price also.
