We had been customers since day 1 of their opening. Bought our liner, pump and all chemicals through them for several years. Supported our local business. We even sent 2 different "new" customers for a pool install. So when we called 4-1-21 to schedule a re-open and was told "sorry, we have 60-70 pools to install and are not taking any appts for pool openings unless you want to wait until the end of June". WOW WOW WOW So I guess you're important if you're spending thousands of dollars but just screw you if all you need is a pool open and chemicals. I hope we're still here when they have competition

Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. We purchased our pool in April and was very understanding that we were getting trees cut and had to wait for set up. When we were ready to have our poo, installed they got us worked in quickly. The installers were also fast , friendly and knowledgeable. They explained how to use our pump and answered any questions we had.

My wife and I were brand new to the world of hot tubs when we decided it was time. We visited Splash Town probably 8 times before finally deciding on which model to go with. Shalon was extremely patient with us and answered hundreds of questions! She suggested we do a "Wet Test" in one of the spas they had on the showroom floor. I'm glad she did, because we found out we wanted a larger spa. We've had our new Hot Springs Spa for over a month now and absolutely love it. We use it 3-4 times a week. Spent $6100 on a new hot tub Sep 2017 and one speaker never worked, it has 2. They swapped the bluetooth receiver unit out on day 1. Speaker has worked once since then. Still under "warranty" but they want $79 to send their person 2 miles to repair the unit. They will tell you that the $79 is to cover the cost of a factory technician coming from Tennessee but 2 miles? When the part costs them nothing? We are VERY disappointed in their service. First, last, and only time to purchase here.

I had an excellent experience at Splash Town. The customer service was amazing and I am very happy with my spa. My wife and I get in the tub every night and have had no problems at all since we bought it earlier this year. I would absolutely recommend anybody to Splash Town. I promise that you will not be disappointed.
