We ordered Windows in March and were told 12-14 weeks. With Covid, the housing market ect we definitely expected delays. However we only heard from them if we contacted them and were always told 2-4 weeks. At one point I waited 10 weeks to contact them because life is busy. At that point I was again told 2-3 more weeks. We finally got the call Friday that they would be here 1st thing Monday morning. It is now 2 o'clock in the afternoon. No sign of them. I have tried calling and no answer. I am hoping the actual install goes seamless but I am very very disappointed in the lack of communication.

One of our St Clair windows became misaligned. I called St Clair in Springfield and Henry Novak said he would come out and look at it. He was here in less than a week and realigned the window and all was well again. Fast, friendly service for sure.

I appreciate the very high quality work installing replacement windows & patio door. Bob was very professional in showing the value of his products and company. Shane and his crew were responsive to our requests. Even though the start was delayed a day due to heavy rain the installing crew was here early the next morning as they said they would and completed the job on the original schedule. Great job! Highly recommended!

Windows have been for in for almost a week now, just in time for the cold weather.
The guys came when they said they would, removed all the curtains and blinds. The removed the old windows and installed all the new ones in one day,( there were 12). They were very professional and answered all my many questions as I followed them around. A nice job and I really really like the looks for my new windows, many thanks to all the employees of St Clair, Henry, Bob and their crew.
