I am in retail so I understand how this process works. Sure they are a little slow to get back to you but that is because you have the owners cell phone and he is also in the field. Did my entire house for what I felt was a very reasonable price and when one window came in damaged they wouldn't let me pay him till the job was complete. Pretty honorable if you ask me. Would highly recommend Craig and his team

Craig is excellent to work with. It took me quite a while to make a final decision on style and color and he was very patient and helpful. Making extra trips to my home to leave samples or answer questions. Will use him again in the future for a vacation home. Would recommend him today without question!!!!

I don't understand how this business is still open and operational. They are HORRIBLE. Once they have installed your blinds, they do not answer the phone when you call nor do they return phone calls. We have several blinds that do not work properly and have been calling Accent to come out and repair (which is supposed to be a part of the lifetime warranty they offered at install) for the past 2 years... still have heard nothing back from them. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
