Marygrove offers the best in fabric selection for your awning. We use only the top of the line in outdoor fabrics, including Sunbrella and O'Bravia. These outdoor fabrics are made from solution-dyed acrylic and solution-dyed polyester, respectively. Both fabrics are UV-resistant, which means relaxing under your awning minimizes the amount of harmful rays that penetrate our fabrics.

Recently, I had an awning replaced over the side door. It is the third awning I have had from Marygrove. The first two were installed at the correct height. This one was installed six inches higher rendering it fairly useless. I contacted Marygrove and was pleasantly surprised by the timely response. Pat and Ryan came out on a very rainy day and reinstalled the awning. It now sits at the correct height. Thank you to these two guys and all who facilitated the resolution of this matter!

Marygrove was great to work with. They have the best communication skills of any company we have worked with. We were scheduled for installation 3 months out. They send an email every two weeks just to keep in touch and that things were on schedule. The day of they called with approx. time and kept in touch until arrival. The awning is great the people installed it were friendly and right on task. All was a great experience, with a quality product and kept to their word.

I will (and have) highly recommend Marygrove again and again. From the initial contact with the salesperson to the installation the service and knowledge shared was exactly what you want in a purchase. The product itself is excellent but it's always the people that make the experience gratifying. Our appointment with the salesperson happened during the first deluge back in June and that did not stop him from going out to measure and inspect our roof for the installation. I am so excited! My awning was installed yesterday and it is everything I imagined. Beautiful, functional and necessary to assist with blocking the sun from my living room. From the Sales Agent to the Office staff who kept me updated all through the process and the Installation Team, my experience was TOP NOTCH! My sales agent was so nice and explained the process including offering a wonderful financing program. I was scheduled for install within 3 weeks. I am very disappointed in my awning .My salesperson did not meet my expectations. They came on Thursday to install a screen that blocks out the sun from the East. I specifically ask that question and was assured that would not be an issue. They installed a screen that looks tacky to say the least. I expected more for the $4,000.00 that I paid . On top of that I was instructed to get a cord to tie the steen down. ?????

First of all, Ryan, the salesman who was sent to our home, explained the whole procedure of the awning purchase and installation with no pressure. He was very helpful with placement, giving us his recommendations.
Our awning was installed this past week. Adam and Mike, the installers, were very efficient, and checked everything before they left. They were also very informative with directions and care for the awning. So far so good. The awning is beautiful, well-made, and works seamlessly.
You may pay more for this product, but it is worth it.

I did not think I was going to be able to add an awning to my new deck because of the chimney. I met Paul (salesman) at a home show & he had promised he could & he did do it! The meeting in my home was not pushy or long. I recieved another quote from a well known company & they where not able to do it. The price was also more money. I had minor issues with install but the team jumped on it to correct it. Everyone I came in touch with was very pleasant. I am 72 years old. This is the first and probably, the only time in my life I will surrender a $100.00 deposit. Salesman gave me an installation date on a recover. Salesman said no problems with a recover in new fabric. The next week I waited for an "installer" to check out the salesman

Spoke with Derrick/Manager of Marygrove Awning on Friday to get clarification about warranty work and also Maintenance on my 2-year old Marygrove awning. He was very helpful in explaining any questions and concerns l may have had, including a "Wind Sensor" I was interested in, in the future. He also gave me his business phone number, if l had any questions in the future. I find it very rare that concerns are handled professionally, we appreciate his help and will continue to use my retractable awning, my wife and family thoroughly enjoy everyday.

Isaac and Jeremy just left after installing our new awning on our lower patio. Very polite, professional and diligent. It's early Saturday evening, and they were delayed from an earlier installation due to rain. They performed their work quickly and competently.
We love the quality of the product and the simplicity of its operation. The quality of design and operation is evident compared to the less expensive and more well known brands. We are tickled our new Marygrove awning.

I am NOT SATISFIED with my awning as I had hoped to be. I feel it would have been ethical for the salesman to provide me with an honest and accurate amount of shade that the awning would provide. He told me that the shade would reach a certain spot on my patio. It did not. Due to the location of the backyard and the movement of the sun, the shade is several feet short from where he said it would be. I am basing my review on the estimate only. Our salesman was Jim and I was very pleased that he didn't spend hours of our time like other salesman. He took the measurement, gave me a brochure, talked for 5 minutes and was out the door within 15 minutes. A+ for that.
Price is high- $2,700 for a 12x 10 retractable awning. We decided we got more for our money buying a patio furniture set (5 piece) ($1000), fire pit ($250) and an umbrella ($500) for a total of $1800. So, I think we spent our money wisely. You can get a $500 umbrella that will cover a 12 x 10 area.

I give Marygrove very high marks for for product installation and a follow up service call (the call was not due to any Marygrove error.) I have been happy with the product so far. The only reason it is not a 5 star rating is a little bit of lack of communication at the beginning of the process that delayed installation. I would definitely recommend Marygrove to anyone considering a retractable awning.

This is the second time we have ordered awnings from Marygrove Awnings. We were very pleased with the quality, workmanship and sales personnel on our first order, and while we have not yet received our newest awning order, the sales person, Carlos, was very knowledgeable and worked with us on our options of awning material. We are anxiously awaiting installation of our newest awning. Great company to work with who offer a very quality product. Can't go wrong with Marygrove!!

Having used Marygrove in the past for commercial work, I decided to use them for my house; to date the buying and installation schedule process has left much to be desired. The sales process was and has been haphazard with little or no follow-up. It appears that they are geared towards either commercial work or retractable awnings; anything else buyer beware. Still waiting on follow-up regarding the installation date; once installed, I update the review accordingly.
