Excellent customer service!!! I was flabbergasted at Leo’s patience he did such an amazing job with explaining step by step details. He was courteous and very pleasant! My appointment was scheduled for 1 pm and he showed up before 1pm and did not leave until he was sure that the system was operable at 7:20 pm. At one point during the maintenance a part was needed and he called a colleague to deliver the needed part!

I had an emergent matter with a Navient combo unit and Leo very quickly came to the rescue! He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, honest an helpful. He immediately diagnosed the unit and came back the next day with the part needed to solve the problem. He went above and beyond, even vacuuming up water that leaked from unit. Climate Shield came yesterday to switch my heating system on, now that it's getting colder,when they realized my thermostat wasn't working the way it should and fixed it. I appreciated that you noticed that because I didn't. These guys do a good job and behave well. I will call them as many times as I need to. They installed my system 5 yrs back and I've never had a problem.

This is a great small company, which deserves all the business it gets. Leo is punctual, professional and gets right to the matter at hand. He got my old central air unit running like new(er) and when the fan gave out during a 90 degree-plus day, he was here in an hour and fixed the problem. Totally recommend and this is from someone who doesn’t usually bother with reviews.

This company is highly professional and efficient. I have two toddlers and my heat randomly cut off. I called at 11pm to get my heat fixed and was highly impressed.I seriously recommend. Loved that they showed up with a mask and booties. Showed us that they were really dedicated to safety. They were timely with my service request and honored the time they said they would arrive. Climate shield recently serviced our ac unit. On a positive note, they did fix the problem. However, they quoted one price and then doubled it after the technician saw our house and neighborhood. They also charged $100+ after adding $15 worth of refrigerant. All in all, the tech was here for a few hours and handed us a $500 bill to change the air filter, clean the coil and top off the refrigerant. We paid it but won't ever hire them again.
