Balancing the Lighting Aesthetic and using proven Lighting Techniques can showcase your home and garden. Landscape lighting is best described as "Painting with Light." Good lighting provides access to more areas of your yard without obnoxious glare. Flood lights attached to the house can provide visibility, but cause terrible glare and can actually reduce safe passage and visibility as the pupil constricts and reduces vision. I then take panoramic photos and use these, in conjunction with my notes to create a design that will best meet your needs. Depending on the size and scope of your project, design times can vary between 20 minutes to 10 days. We will provide you with a detailed proposal covering the specific areas illuminated and equipment included with a specific price.

I called today to see if this establishment carried a particular line of outdoor lamp replacements. Although their primary emphasis is on outdoor lighting design, Scott was very helpful answering my questions, confirming the size and type of the bulbs I was looking for, and even providing me a lead on which store carried them. You can't beat this for service above and beyond, and exemplary professionalism!

Scott is truly an artist. He is responsive, respectful of time and budget, professional and thorough. He spent a lot of time with us to understand not only our current lighting deficits but also how we use our backyard so he could design a layout to strategically maximize those spaces. Our landscape lighting was installed a few years ago by Elegant Outdoor Lighting. The installation was very professional and we love how it has transformed our yard, both front and back. Our gardner accidentally "squashed" one of the connectors making all the front yard lights not function. We called Scott on Monday and he came out today and fixed the problem.
