TJK cleaned two HVACs and 24 vents in my 3 story house. The team was professional, knowledgeable (explained everything, took before and after pictures) and very responsive with the booking schedule and returning emails/text in a timely manner. Originally, I went with Sears who charged less but who also failed to show up twice and asked me if their equipment would work in my house. TJK is a much better choice. I will be using them again!

TJK team came out and refused to work with HOA compliance by cleaning dryer vent from inside of the unit and clearly lacks knowledge of dryer vent structure in a multi-family building. We paid inspection call but failed to achieve the goal to meet HOA requirement. Money and time wasted. If you have a condo unit, think twice.

We made an appointment for a chimney inspection and cleaning about 3 weeks ago and the tech was there for less then a few minutes. Didn't even clean the chimney We turned on the chimney and our basement is full of smoke. On top of that he said for him to clean the chimney it would be extra so I basically paid 100 dollar for him to just look up my fireplace. Not happy at all you! Don't waste your time our money.

My husband and I needed to get our chimney cap replaced. Like most people who don't already know someone, we did a google search to find a contracting company. PCS Services had a rating of (4.8) with 32 reviewers // seemingly more experienced compared to other options that only had a few people reviewing them. The website offered discounts, free estimates/inspections, mentioned covid-19 precautions, and they offered a whole arrayment of different chimney related services. We were able to book an estimate/ inspection appointment for the same day. That is all good I have to say about this whole

The initial contact with them was great, and we chose them based on the good Yelp reviews. Unfortunately, they lost our business by poor follow-through.
Just this afternoon, they missed the third window in which they said they'd show up, after three attempts to set up a duct cleaning. First time, they inexplicably missed the window without because the tech had supposedly had a car accident. No fault of theirs. But I had to call to learn what had happened, after sitting and waiting through the window.

Very courteous technician came by and cleaned our dryer vent which is on the roof. They also charged a very fair price, as I received quotes from 4 other service providers. One thing to be mindful is the initial quote will change based on where the vent is located and how long the vent is from the dryer.

TJK-AIRCLEANING gave me the best price, most thorough, quick and competent cleaning service! Thomas came quickly, assessed the problem and told me that I didn't need to have the duct replacing. (I had two other companies bid and they charged me 1500 just for replacing duct). I shouldn't replace duct. It should be cleaned only. TJK-AIRCLEANING they gave me 30% OFF Discount.
Thomas turned off the sistem, and start to clean the sistem. He explained me everything, how to clean, what equipment needs to be used. Totally Thomas did great job.
