My boyfriend and I have been renting a storage unit at this Affordable Soare Room for years. We have seen many MANY managers come and go. We recently received a call from one of the new managers, Billy about special projects the new owner is completing to upgrade the place, including a name change to Kingston Vault. We were told they were painting the outside and advised us we could secure our items with plastic, if needed for free. We drove over to meet the new managers and make sure our stuff was safe. I can’t say enough about them! Billy & Chris are amazing and great assets to this place!

The absolute WORST experience I've encountered in my limited dealings with a hiring agency. Successfully completed initial phone screening and was given a 10:00 am one on one interview appointment scheduled two days later at a rendezvous cafe in Burlington, WA with the promise that I'd get a call back later that day or the following morning with the name and description of the interviewer. NO call the remainder of the day SO I take the initiative to call them the following day, THREE times between 10:30 am and their 5:00 pm closing looking for instructions. NO ONE was "available" to take my call
